Suffering from a chest cold right now, I started looking into flutter devices and CF breathing techniques to help clear it out…I truly cannot imagine running in this condition! You’re amazing.

I drank Kenco red label for years, until the price sky-rocketed recently, to £7 for a 200g jar! Thank christ I found Sainsbury's gold roast! It's almost identical to the Kenco one, to the degree that I'd defy anyone to tell the difference..........& it's £2.49 for 200g! So, identical taste, same size jar, but £4.51 per 200g JAR cheaper! Yes, of course I drink Sainsbury's now!! DUH!! 🤣

I really enjoyed your intro video about your journey with CF and this one. I love that you are trying to live every day in the present through meditation. I strongly believe in the ability of the human mind to overcome many physical problems. The placebo and nocebo effects are well known and demonstrate that amazing ability. I wish you all the best. I don't expect you to make too many more videos as you will be living your life...I am trying to do the same by meditating and focusing on living my life rather than checking into social media too often.
